If you have the boiler in the airing cupboard then probably have used the gravity circs coupled up to the heating pipes at the back where the back boiler was.

Just a thought but have you got one of the flow /return iso valves turned off under the boiler.

Which one of the JG speedfit 22mm coils is the most flexible as i need pipe up a sanipro and the only solution is to use speedfit,thanks.

With the heating turned off and cooled down turn a hot tap on and feel the heating flow pipe from the boiler,if it is hot then a new diverter part is needed.

You need to be carefull because on some boilers the heating side is used to dump the hot water out of the boiler to cool down so isolating the valves may be an issue.

I'd put the bypass inbetween the tails going into the rad above the boards.

Yes the rads are being replaced and with valves at either end.
