Think you're right noseall, the simplest answer is often the best. If I get it wrong in the foundation ... lets not go there. More work for the brickie or I could do it myself, won't look good but will be solid and out of sight.

The soil pipe exits from in the middle of the intended new foundation from under the house.

The pipe will be in the foundation for a meter or so and then exits at a shallow angle. Still 150mm to dig so can get concrete beneath or deeper if needs be.
