    No membrane bare tiles

    Hi I’m working on our new house which has a very old loft conversion , no membrane between the tiles and the plasterboard . We are going to Insert kingspan into the gap between tiles and plasterboard where we can . Any reason this is a bad idea … see photos any advice welcome

I don’t get how the water is getting in below the glass ‘pocket’ , the weep holes are blocked , there are cracks below the frame … will post more photos later … the outside shots here are downstairs...

    Hi I attach more photos … clearly damp coming through .. ends of floor bds rotted against bricks , back of skirting rotted , no leaks outside sill etc going to strip off the cement and plaster and put in insulation … then plaster but do I need re cement it? C
