Thank have brought it in so when plasterboarded and tiled, the back of the 110mm pipe will be about 25/30mm from the finish wall

The is quiet abit of work to swap for a hive then. As this stat just does heating, if swapped for a normal stat. Would any single channel programmable one do?

So I'd have to alter wires in the wiring centre to fit a hive?

Would a hive stat wire on to this? Is a s-plan plus, 3 zones. Currently only 2 wires to the stat. Live and switch live?

This is the layout

I have a concealed toilet unit with a depth of 220mm I need to drill to bring the soil pipe in to the room at a right angle to it. Do I do this so the pipe will come through the middle of the unit or further back?

Could it be there pump set at too high? Are water supplies open or closed loop?

I have a humming sound from my water pipes that only happens at night. It still continues when I turn my stop tap off. The supply is on a shared main and other houses on the run are getting the same problem. Any ideas?

How do you test a motorised valve is getting power from the stat?

Any idea why an electric shower front wont fit on its like the dials wont line up. Have removed the dail fronts and still won't fit.
