I don't know - we moved into the house 10 months ago (so not in the last 10 mths). There is no sign of servicing info in the boiler docs - just says the date of installation (the guarantee card is partially completed but wasn't sent off at the time) so I would guess not.

Hi - I PM'd ChrisR on Sunday night but haven't heard anything yet - any other recommendations? Also the problem has worsened - the hot water now doesn't work if the heating is on and vice versa - is this to be expected if the motor valve has broken? thanks

I have a Potterton Suprima 100 boiler. Have tried to put the central heating on today for first time in a few months and it won't come on at all unless the water heater is also on. It used to work fine with just the central heating on. I don't want to have the water heater on the whole time that...
