I have just put a door handle on, a wood screw has snapped off,and is stuck in the door , i have tried drilling it out , but i am making a right mess. is there another way to get it out.

My interior door is too small,I want to make the frame bigger ,so i can put in a standard door..how do i do this ..the wall which this small door frame is in, is plasterboard ..thanks

Thanks for taking the time to reply ....the vokera engineer changed the diverter valve ,he was here for 3 hours ,but the same one is coming back on friday ...i thought i would get the boiler repaired by a vokera engineer ,as i thought he would know what he was doing
