Megaflow Unvented Cylinder

Hi I have a Megaflow Unvented Mains water heater. The pressure gauge black needle has dropped to 0.8. The red needle is 2.8. I have been advised the black needle should be at 1.5. Can anyone advise me how to increase the pressure? Thanks so much.
