Thanks for the reply. The cable runs through some loft insulation, but only for a couple of meters. Doesn't look like there's any supplementary bonding either. If I replace the shower with another 9.5kW one, I take it there's no need to notify? CU is MK Sentry 5679s but doesn't look like...

I'm replacing my 9.5kW electric shower with a 10.5kW. Just wanted to check the electrics. The MCB is a 32A (installed by previous owner) so I know I'll need to up that to 45A. There is no RCD on the circuit at the moment - so that will need added too. The cable is 10mm which I think is OK for...
