we just laid a Junckers floor which has a weird metal clip system so that it go over a concrete floor (after you have put down all the right underlay). It was expensive, but looks wonderful.
Thanks HarrogateGas. We will put the water on constant (will never hear it over the noisy road outside anyway!) and get someone round to look at it too. Much appreciated.
Just moved into a new house with a boilermate II thermal store (not sure what make our boiler is though, it says Gloworm?). According to the manuals left for us by the previous owner the system has on demand water for lots of generous hot baths etc. That said, we have a timer in the kitchen...
I have tiled my first floor and (I think) it has gone OK after following all the tips (chalk lines and everything else). However, bit stuck now I have go to the bit around the loo (thankfully the sink is attached to the wall in the cloakroom and has no pipes to the floor). All your good advice...
no, we have cleared it out. It happened just after something went wrong with the alarm for emptying the water (which resulted in it getting pretty full) so I am worried that that might have killed it but would rather repair than replace.
Our condenser dryer will only run for three minutes before stopping. Then you can either stand there and hold the start button in or wait for it to cool and press the start button again at which point it will only run for another 3 minutes. any ideas?
