Update!! I have out some x800 in the upstairs rads on Saturday just gone and have run the heating for a number of hours each day since. Still no joy :(
The lockshield upstairs are really hot but the TRV are not! Are these the wrong way round on my rads?
As per the topic title. The radiators upstairs are cold apart from 2 of them which are only lukewarm. Downstairs is fine and are nice and hot. Little background info, the boiler was changed a few years ago to a worcester combi. Since then these problems have existed.

I'll try opening the valves fully upstairs tomorrow and see what happens. The rads downstairs only have one valve with two pipes going into to it (not sure what these are called). Will this make a difference?

To be honest no much really happened when i tried the balancing. Tried all sorts of combinations from closing all apart from one and then introducing another. Have spent countless hours over the last few weeks trying this to no avail.
