yes i do mean the drip under the green bit. the apartment block is only 10 years old so im assuming that all the cylinders within it have been installed the same way! can anyone recommend a certified plumber who works in central manchester?

hi i have dripping pressure reducing valve. it can be seen in the following picture http://img398.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img2081rx4.jpg it is an unvented cylinder. the manufacturer is oso. ive been told that the air vessel might just need recharging. or does it need to be replaced...
