I've got a new boiler which works fine but our radiators weren't regulating properly so we had new TRV's fitted to every radiator only problem is I turn them to 3 and the radiator goes off but turn it to 4 and it's scorching hot I can even hear the water flow stop when I turn them from 4 to 3...
