    mine was same plug ok but light not on.i managed to borrow a lead from someone who has a slow cooker that had same lead.it worked,so it is something failed with the lead.i am still looking for one but it was definately the stat in the lead .will advise if find one

    I have a schiller griddle which has stopped working ,The plug is OK I have power too the griddle
    but no heat, or light at the control knob.
    If you find help please let me know ?
