    New gas boiler in greenhouse

as its an old greenhouse and the space isnt used effectively I take part of it down and replace by a boiler room anyway.A bit more work but might give me a boot/drying room in the process.

    New gas boiler in greenhouse

I'd considered that but it's in a bedroom in an extension with a very shallow roof so there might not be that much room. Fitting in the main loft might be an option though which wont be that much extra distance

    Plastering on top of wood

Is there a very thin thickness of plasterboard available? The standard grade would be too thick and would protrude out further than the surrounding plaster

    New gas boiler in greenhouse

this doesnt sound that promising, the alternative is to site it in the utlity room on the other side of the house which might mean a lot of new pipework (and rerouting the gas supply)

    New gas boiler in greenhouse

British Gas not a good option then? Havent decided on a specific bolier yet, it would have to cope with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and central heating for a large 3 bedroom house with 3 reception rooms. Any you would reccommend?

    Removing hearth

posting here as the hearth is stuck to the floor! Ive managed to remove a slate hearth but it left behind a thick layer of concrete with which it had been stuck down with. I managed to lever up the edge of it with a spade which got rid of the first bit but the rest is proving a bit more...

    Plastering on top of wood

Im back to the brick around where it was and was thinking of cutting a piece if plywood to fix over the whole thing (screwing it to the wall) Is it possible to then apply a thin amount of ready mixed plaster over this to...
