I assume in both cases screws would be drilled into the sill and the new concrete or epoxy built around the screws.

The window sill in this bedroom bay window is a three part. The joins should have been resealed years ago. Due to water ingress the stone render has cracked (about 1 meter crack).
Assuming the owner is "fussy", how practical will it be to cut out the damaged area and replace with new concrete...
I have a situation where 100mm insulation has been put on top of an unlevel concrete slab
Insulatiin boards are 400mm wide.
19mm T&G and 12mm laminate flooring to go on top.
Part of the floor will be too high, and I need to reduce the height.
