    Hello to gain access to the thermosat does this entail removing any of the combustion chamber covers? If so I`ll need a qualified engineer to complete this?

    Thanks for your reply but it looks like it was the ch temperature probe that needed changing :D So far so good :shock:

    sorry wasn`t too clear. It fires up normally hot water is fine but ch gets very hot then it locks out (sometimes ie. red light comes on) but it won`t ignite when calling for heat on ch. Loads of clicking and switches operating but doesn`t hold a flame. Just changed ch temperature probe. Also...

    boiler will not ignite & sometimes locks out when temperature is reched on ch. still get hot water but pressure seems to rise as does the temperature! Any ideas as to what`s going on???
