OK. Don't have a diagram on me so i'll try to explain. Pump is in airing cupboard, at foot of the cylinder. Pipework is 22mm Pipework goes up into loft. Shower is 3m away No air vents (apart from the one that comes our of the hot water cylinder)

The Hot supply is from an S flange mounted on top of the Hot Water Cylimder. The cold is directly from the cold tank in the loft. There are no kinks or bends in the AV pipes. Is that sufficient info? Thanks

Have had a salamander CT75 pump installed for our en-suite shower, worked fine for 3 days then started hunting when shower turned off. Called plumber who said it had air in the pump. Wasn't around when he "fixed" it but seemd ok for a week. Now it has started hunting again and plumber is away...

Thanks for the advice - sorted it now. Original stat was wired incorrectly and just found out when wired correctly it works ok too!! Found a wiring diagram for old stat on the net and translated this to my new stat. All good now.

Ok - i'm sure i followed the wiring diagram - Earth was straightforward. 3 other terminals 1, 2 and 3. Three wires blue, brown and Black. Black to 1 Brown to 2 Blue to 3 Pretty sure thats what the diagram shows????? What have i done wrong?

New to this forum but have a quick query. My Cylinder stat failed, hot water was near boiling and any adjustment to the stat did not cause the boiler to switch on or off. Fitted a new stat tonight (from wickes). Seems to work ok but noticed if the programme timer is off and i turn the stat...
