Hello I've got an Iveco 2.3 diesel van which from completely out of the blue has decided it won't turn over :( I have a brand new battery and am getting a reading of 12.4 volt from a multimeter.
All the dash lights come on when the ignition key is turned but when trying to start I'm getting...
