Ok thank you for the explanation. The ext or int won't impact the tamper. Maybe a faulty sensor, it is not communicating with the system. I tried a different battery!

The led is lighting up. I am trying to use it as wireless. The loop is there on the external tamper. I don't know what is the difference between ext and int, there is a jumper on the ext, I tried to switch it to int didn't make a difference.
