Honeywell galaxy 2

hi guys,

I have bought a house fitted with Honeywell galaxy 2 series.
I am have the master code and created new users without any issue.
We are redecorating the house and now 2 events showed up. "RFLOWBAT"
And the name of the room.
From what I understand is that I need to change the batteries of the sensors( please correct me if I am wrong). Also I am not able to reset the event, it is asking me for manager code (which I don't have). I tried to move the sensors and it beeps that there was an event of tampering. How can i remove the sensors to remove the wallpaper and fit new batteries? I am an IT engineer and I fast learner so any help is appreciated. I am confident that I can reconfigure the whole system if I can get the engineer code.
