Ok thx will check that out. If I isolate the heater flow (1st pipe under boiler) issue still persists. If I isolate return flow (last pipe under boiler) the problem seems to go away but obviously no heat to rads. Was just trying to isolate issue. Would that add up to the frost stat thing...

update it was lower bottom element tripping rcd. replaced and is fine but one question when I went to replace the element that goes around the fan there are 3 wires coming from the back. the photo I took only had 2 wires connected to the element so this must have popped of when removing as...

yes you can access it from inside the oven and goes round the fan I tried with no circular element attached and it still trips When changing temp dial

Thanks thats what i thought otherwise the fan etc at bottom wouldnt work. yes i replaced main oven element and made no difference or do you mean another element? i can see an element at the top of the main oven which i presume is the grill. but even when i dont choose this on the selector...
