yeah, that's how it kinda works at the moment, we normally just manually put the heating on it kinda warms the water if it's on, but there is a separate circuit for an immersion part we switch on manually for hot water also.

Thanks, will see If I can get the dual channel and give it a try. My radiator water tank is in the loft, so is gravity feed, not sure about hot water tho.
