    I've got a flush blanking plate, good point about indicating the presence of live wires, I'll think about how's best to do that. I would have preferred to keep the switch but it's in an awkward spot (and never gets used) Thanks again for your quick response, greatly appreciated

    Thanks EFLI, appreciated. The wires at Switch 2, I was planning on using Wago connectors to join or isolate per recommendations then leave them in the existing backbox... we're putting some cladding on the wall and the 'old' (current) Switch 2 location will be behind the edge of one of the panels.

    Question - Removing one two-way lighting switch

    Hi all, looking for some advise please. In our master bedroom we have two light switches controlling the ceiling light, (very rough) diagram attached. I want to remove Switch 2 and blank it off, can someone please point me in the right direction with what to do with the wiring at both switch...
