Another hour on the intersphere and I've narrowed it down to;
Lose connection on the PCB
Dry joint on the PCB
Heat damaged cable/wire
All these problems seem to generate the same fault according to other posts I've read.
I see your point. I'm not stupid enough to touch any gas parts and will always leave the to the Gas Safe person.

Hi, hope you can help me uncover what is causing the issue with my boiler.
