Does anyone here know if Ikopro Bitumen Paint is the same product as Synthaprufe under a different name?

He'd just like to know who has quoted what before he potentially wastes his time calling round to explain his pricing/job etc. He may have no intention of undercutting his price. He may be completely above board and honest. I may be the devils advocate.
you can membrane over the steps.
do you not have a pump built into yours system behind the membrane?
if not. providing you are confident you have fitted the membrane correctly, you should fit you own submersible pump and perimeter channels.
keysol or a similar product sprinkled over the new slab whilst wet will reduce the risk of free lime. Rodding points and the use of a geotextile can also reduce the risk of blockages within the system.

Sounds like a condensation problem to me as opposed to a penetrating dampness issue.
You could look at increasing the ventilation by speaking to -
