Hi, I noticed the lead flashing around the vent pipe flipping up as shown in the picture. Could anyone give me any idea will this causes any problem? Should I have someone fix it as quick as possible. Thanks

Thanks again. To change the washer should I loose the two nuts on both ends of the pipe or should I lift the pump a bit up then get the pipe disconnected? It seems not a easy job.
