Sorry :D how many blades do you think it'll take to cut the 4" cast, I see the blades come as a pair?

i have a cast iron stack i need to cut into for an additional downstair wc,, the problem is the space is zero,, well tight, it is a very busy corner of the house,, cold mains, electrics, the usual carry on the only way i think is to get the reciprocator out but i have never used it on cast and...

i have not heard a good word about these boilers but anyway this is 4 years old and making an awful racket,, it does it when it fires up, it's as if it's banging off the wall ,, like theres too much gas in there before it lights,,

not gas safe registered anymore, current ccn qualifications run out in 2 years, new employer does'nt do gas work, been plumber / heating installer 20 years, repairs i never done a lot of not really my thing, old customer of mine that does'nt want anyone else , i fitted the boiler 9 years ago

overheat stat also fine checked that as well sorry forgot 2 mention that

went to a worcester 28i,the red light was off,checked main board had'nt tripped+fuse at spur,both were fine but we got the light back on by changing the 2amp glass fuses but still nothing worked . fault finding book pointed to the pcb which got changed + still nothing, any ideas :(

need to change pressure vessel but unsure if it's a 10litre or a 12litre or what difference it made if any, i know it's 300mm in diameter, went to re-charge it and the water was flying out where the air should go in,

yeah it always fires up for heating as well sorry forgot to mention that

spot on dave and the hw lasts as long as the heating is on

i would defo ply it at least around wc, geberit are worth the extra wonga fit and forget

it does show a demand for hw yes
