i have not heard a good word about these boilers but anyway this is 4 years old and making an awful racket,, it does it when it fires up, it's as if it's banging off the wall ,, like theres too much gas in there before it lights,,

call a decent gas engineer and he will be able to fix it or if you are gas safe post this in the cc and i will tell you how to fix it
