I am decorating my bathroom and am about to paint the wall and ceiling. Then I found one ceiling corner next to the 'vertical' soil pipe has some damp damage. Then I realise the water is from the loft.
In the loft, directly above the damage location in the bathroom, there is a 90 degree...
I kinda hope mine does not have that, so it will be an easy fix, i.e. cutting the flush pipe, although I need to cut all the silicone off first.... grrr
The flush pipe is new. I did not check the holes it connects to (because everything is new...).
The problem is I have already silicone-sealed the toilet with the unit. So before I cut the silicone and make a mess, I want to know exactly what I should check.

I just installed a new back-to-wall toilet unit with new concealed cistern. Everything works fine, apart from the flush from the cistern into the bowl is slow.
The flush from the bowl into the waste/soil pipe looks normal. The fill value works ok too.

Hi I just found one of the shower mixer (which we have not used for at least 6 months) have condensation all over it and it feels very cold.

I am new to this forum and hope someone can help me to identify what is wrong with my boiler and what I should do next.
I have a boiler downstairs (Mynute 28e) and a hot water tank (Flamco 210L) upstairs, as well as CH system. Both of them are around 15 years old.
