The product no is 949712289 and serial no. 70706683 - (haveing a bit of trouble with this pc today, sorry). Very grateful for your help, and will keep the fan on in furutre.

Terrible noise from fan but doesn't seem to be fan at back but noise in roof - is there a 2nd fan? Are service calls out very expensive? Is it possible to diy repairs on these ovens? Wehave to turn off at mains when finished cooking as it goes on for ages.
