Anybody know what they're like to work for as a service and breakdown engineer?

Hi I have a Matsui MF145 dishwasher that is only 6 months old. I haven't used for a couple of months. When you start a program it sounds like water is going into the machine but then it stops. It then continues to humm and starts to smell like somethings burning. Cant seem to find Matsui's...

I had one similar for technical engineer. Said you needed full ACS including WAT1 and DAH1. I haven't got these modules because I never seem to come across them anymore. I rang BG and told them I didn't have them and they said just to apply anyway. I start for them in September.

So how are you finding it at the mo? I start with them in September.

How are you finding it at BG? Asking as I've had an interview for Technical Engineer and have to go to Dartford on Saturday for a practical test. Is it everything you thought it would be? I would be interested to find out. Cheers

Hi all, Just received a flyer from BG saying that they are taking on Technical Engineers in my area. Has anybody recently applied for this role? Any pro's or cons working for them? Thanks in advance for any replies.
