Its been mostly getting down to 5 or 6 and at highest 10 but it seems to be settling day by day. Technically it's cold enough for food but at the moment don't feel confident in re-stocking. It's a horrible limbo

It's a frost free freezer but again, after leaving the fridge to recover for 6 hours the temp at best is 9 degrees. Gutted! I can't see ice stiil on the element after 11.5 hours defrost in Summer with a fan blowing into it. And the fact that it hasn't made an iota of difference to the temp is...

I didn't see any dripping and none of the towels were wet when I pulled them out. It's can't be ice as it was left running with a fan overnight. What doesn't make sense is it was running at 4 degrees not long after switching on but now back at 12 degrees with the door closed a couple of hours...

I have it set to the coldest setting. I read it again and got a reading of 5. Some time later and it was back at 10. I was really hopeful when it reached 4 degrees on first turning on again but it seems to swing rapidly. Perhaps air temp is not the best way of monitoring ?

Ok, the freezer is at -18 which is normal and the empty fridge got to 4 degrees. However, an hour or so later putting a few food items in it went up to 12. 5 mins later it is at 10. There would be def no ice inside now after that long a defrost with fan. his is so frustrating!!!

It's been defrosting overnight for about 11.5 hours with a fan pointing inside the freezer. Both doors open. I have just turned it back on and now hoping that has fixed it.

Ok, I can't see any drip tray at the back and I can't pull off the panel to see if ice is on the evaporator but leaving a fan blowing towards the inside should do it.

We have the electric cool box which hopefully will be better. I have a 2 wheel sack trolley I can get it out with when empty.

It's not practical to pull out as kitchen space is small and floor is wood. Surely just turning it off and leaving it overnight with a fan pointing inside the door will be enough? We don't have any option to put in neighbours, only a electric cool box.

Well, I can't fathom it. After another hour it has risen to 12 degrees on the coldest setting. This is so frustrating as I can't face having to defrost it all again. Such a hassle when I have only a portable electric cool box to fall back on
