I hope somebody can help
The above car engine has shut its self down to what i would call "limp home mode" Its limiting its self to 2200rpm, no matter how far you push to throttle. I have had the GFlag out but they said go to a dealer. This morning i have wiggled some wires under the bonnet...
I have a Kia Sorrento 2003 with 70,000 miles on it. Some of the seat belts are failing to fully retract on the inertia reel. When i pull the belt out fully, the first part retracts but the stops.
Does the reel need tightning up (if poss)
or
The belt need cleaning (how do i do that)...
Hoping some one out there can help....
I can delete my history using tools>internet options. but when I go to the address bar to type an address it still gives me a list of addresses of sites that I have never visited. Some look quite normal & some look like porn sites.
How can I clear...
As you say its a different circuit. I don't think the heating should effect the HW.
I found BG to be very helpful. I called them at 7.30pm on Monday and they turned up on time on Tuesday afternoon. I cannot fault service like that. (No I don't work for BG or have anything to do with them)

Try running the water while the heating system is hot. I found that the problem wasn't as bag when it was on. Then the heating was off the water fluctuated from hot to stone cold.

I had the exact same problem on my 80SP last month. It also appeared that the burners were been blown out.
I got BG out on a service contract to come and fix it. They changed the gas diverter valve, cleaned the fan in the flue and gave it a good service. The thermistor was changed...
The repair is needed due to what i call "the burners blowing out".
I posted this about 3 days ago. You all responded and said no way can the burners blow out it will be a problem with the flue/combustion chamber/gas valve etc....
I don't think you will get must work done on a boiler for...
Has anybody heard about the service from BG called 3FXP. It soulds like you can put your boiler/system on contract even if you know theres a fault with it. They come out an fix it first FOC
Is it a gimmic or is it worth while. The costs are 3FXP £24/month reducing down to the normal homecare...
Thanks for them replys,
If I read the answers correctly, theres nothing major wrong with the boiler, it just needs as good service. Anything that requires cleaning or adjusting will be sorted out then.
Thanks to all
I hope someone out there can give me some good advise.
I have a VE80SP mounted in the bathroom with the flue going through the wall. The outlet is in a driveway. The vent is approx 5m from ground level. In windy  weather the burners on the boiler keep blowing out (this only happens...
I have a Vokera excel 80 boiler approx 8 years old. Where i live is quite exposed and the wind passing the flue outlet is blowing the main burner out. The boiler then has to fire the burners up again, this cycle can happen 5 or 6 times a minute. Is there any thing i can fix to my wall to divert...
Its always best to join the boards over the studs, that way if you push on the board, no boards deflects. The normal way to joint these would be a standard butt joint. If you dont want to see the joints either use longer pieces of timber that span the full length of the room or cover the butt...
