There is a second smaller tank up in the loft, located above the cylinder. Does this mean it is a vented and not pressurised.
If so, what solutions are available for removing the header tank without replacing the boiler? Is the installation of a pump a realistic option?

I’m moving the electric meter from inside to outside and I had SSE come out and do a survey with a cat and genny to find the incoming electric supply. I dug down where he marked the supply location and found this pipe.
