i have 200yr old barn conversion with some small areas of damp, one i see has been previously treated but has :cry: returned. How do i go about dealing with this?

re. gaps in parquet. I think its called a finger parquet that we have

we have huge gaps its been suggested use a resin mixed with sanding dust to fill. any suggestions what resin . The company who gave quote£1000+ were going to use treatex oil to reseal to any comments welcome.
