The valve is probably a year old or so, Fist is the junction box Second is the valve Third is the wiring to the hive from the boiler all looks a bit of a mess

So it’s a three way valve and this is the diagram for the wiring it goes to

I have one valve and yeah there a unction box contains a relay and circuit board

The only reason I bridged them was to get the hot water to work from memory i had no hot water when I removed the bridge, Iv just been reading the instructions again as it’s doing my head in now as summers hopefuly on its way, It says if it gravity fed there’s another setting any idea why?

So to have the c/h on I have to have h/w? Seem crazy? Any idea why the thermostat doesn’t do any thing? It wouldn’t be to bad if I could select the temp and turn it down espically in the summer

Yeah mines 35 this year and with my misses it’s on all the time hence the hive so I can switch it off when she’s not looking, my house is always like a bloody sauna

Yeah because you could put the timer on the old clock on the boiler but the thermostat doesn’t seem to do anything it’s either on or off and the temp in the thermostat (hive) changes but doesn’t turn the heating off if it goes over the selected temp either

good afternoon boys and girls, So I’m fed up of this hive now I’m trying to get the h/w and c/h to work separate but at the moment I have to have the h/w on and the heating works I’ll attach photos of the current set up Anyone able to help ?

Oh! Wow # mind blown.... So I have it set up currently to have the heating and hot water on constant/schedule but I can't seem to get the c/h to either come on separate to h/w or to be switched via thermostat so even if the thermostat is set to 22' it still won't cut out the temp just keeps...

Ok yes I believe it is standard 3 port valve, white grey blue orange? From memory Grey to hw off and set up to gravity, right in on it tomorrow and I'll let you know how I get on, Thanks guys really appreciate this it's been annoying me for weeks,
