Agreed that a non material amendment is needed for the roof which is why we did the hip to gable. However my question is more about how complete the roof need to be, so that it fits in within the planning rules.

Tony, thanks you make a good point re PD, would need to be sign off before the rear extension and completely separate. If we were to go witg the blue scheme we would have to change the roof design of the extension.
