Thanks for the replies. The pressure rises to 1.7. If the diaphragm has failed will water exit from the charging valve if depressed? I guess if it has failed a new vessel will be reqired

Hi, The pressure slowly falls over 24 hours, I have pumped the PV to 1.5bar the valve appears to hold ok checked with soft soap and checked the prv outlet, (dry). The system works ok rads heat up, hot water fine, what am I missing? Thanks, JC

No work carried out in house. The problem has appeared since switching the heating on after the summer. There is no evidence of a leak anywhere. What can I do if the expansion vessel is the problem? Is there a specific point for bleeding? Thanks, Shotgun

Combination boiler pressure dissapates over 24 hours can be reset but goes again. not all Radiators are now heating up. Is it a leak if so where is it likely to be? System is 7 years old. Thanks.

The Boiler is a Thermacon 120,000 btu it has an integral cylinder. There have been other problem since its installation, but this has to be the worst.

Boiler 4 years old hot water has recently become slightly discoloured, pale yellow/orange. Supply to boiler clear, checked hot water from immersion with boiler off, its clear. Is this the beginning of a corrosion problem? If so what can be done?
