It's all pretty simple really apart from one awkward bit.
Take of the cover. Tamper alarm will sound. Key in code. Will make dee dah noise. Press hash key to silence.
Now the awkward bit is the terminal that you want to disconnect (so you don't blow the fuse by shorting out the cables) is directly under the keypad. You remove the keypad by pulling it straight off the pins it sits on. Don't pull it off squint or you'll bend the pins. Disconnect the wires that go to the PIRs in the +12v terminal. Now remove the faulty sensor and refit the new one in just the same way. Wire the same as the existing one. Usually red in the +12v Black in the -12v. The T terminals are for the tamper and it doesn't matter which way round they go. The remaining 2 wires are the alarm loop and again it matters not which way round they go. fasten it to the wall and put the lid on. Go back to the panel and reconnect the +12v wires. PIRs will then light up - check the new one does. Then very carefully put the keypad on the pins - but make sure you put them in the main slots - not the other little slots which serve no obvious purpose. Press a key to check you've got it right.
Put lid on and secure. Job done.
