Lid off....checked all connections....PCB showing no obvious damage.....no change! During this time my wife has checked out Which? and already has her eye on a replacement. The machine has served us well and now is the time to bite the bullet and admit defeat. Cheers Doug

Cheers both I have tried both Diagnostic Mode and Child Lock, but sequence does not change the indications as shown on my pic. It seems that the programmer has 'frozen'. :(

Hi Guys My 10yr+ old washing machine has packed up. The pic shows the indications, and no matter what I do with the buttons/door/power they remain unchanged. The door will open and close ok. The wife is now using it as excuse to buy new......but not on my watch if its fixable. It has never let...

I've now made up the ROV connector, but the ROV battery is drawing 0 amp when connected to the 12v charger. The ground station draws 1 amp when on charge. I need to now establish if the 12v from the charger is getting to the ROV battery. This involves stripping down the pressurised/waterproof...

The battery pic is that of the ground station suitcase which is accessible. The pic of the 2 pin socket is that of the remote ROV. Both use the same charger, which I have and it fits ok to the ground station. But its the adapter to connect to the ROV which is missing. I'm happy with the...

Newcastle was always a popular destination for Royal Navy ships to visit for R&R. In the 80's the local liaison officer would hire a night club/dance hall for a ship's company dance and put out personal invitations to local nurses and others. I have hazy memories of some good times there. :)...

My multimeter is showing -0.21v dc when connecting pos to pin 1 and neg to pin 2. And +0.21v when leads are swapped. Will go with pin 1 -ve and pin 2 +ve I've also sent an email to the model website. Cheers Doug

Thanks all I've now purchased a suitable SP13 connector. Just need to establish which is +ve and -ve for pins 1 and 2 to wire up the charger. Unfortunately the battery is in a sealed box so unable to see its wiring arrangement. Is there a standard convention for possibly 1 = +ve and 2 = -ve...

Just checked again. My socket has a keyway between pins 1 and 2, but the diagram in your link shows no key. :( Edit - I've ordered it as the data specs appear to match my own. Will see what turns up ;)
