Pse Identify Window Seal

Hi All
My double glazed window seals has perished and needs replacement.
I have removed the sealed glass unit and it is the seal between the unit and frame which is leaking water.
I've browsed the web of bubble, wedge and E gaskets but can't see anything similar to my own.
Pse see attached pics.
Dimensions are 10mm x 7mm
For info it is a 25yr old Anglian conservatory.

I've bought packs of samples off eBay and used what I could make fit.
Sometimes you just can't get any exactly the same but you can find something different that will fit
