Its a really old house the pipe goes into the ground have no idea where it ends up. Dont think it was ever fitted with a separate isloation valve to the tap.- Drift0

Hi Im replacing my old garden tap with a new check valved bib tap. The problem im having is when I isloate the cold feed water to the house via the stopcock the garden tap doesnt isolate.
