This is driving me nuts. I have a bosch washer/dryer that beeps everytime the cycle finishes. Can anyone tell me how to turn the bleep off, pleeaasseee! Thanks for any help. :roll:

My smoke alarm had been beeping about every couple of minutes. I was told that it was a sign that the battery was wearing out, so I replaced it with a newly bought battery and the same happened. So I replaced that battery and the same thing is happening again. Any ideas what's happening please?

I have a gas fire thats about ten years old and the ignition doesn't work too often. Can anyone explain why this is and a remedy please before it conks out altogether. The fire is not set back in the alcove but free standing on a plinth.

Yes, it's a three pin plug into an extension lead. This is a gas cooker. The only electrics are the spark ignition and the digital display clock.

I'm informed that this is an over heating cut out. When it overheats it cuts out to cool down :roll: Pity it always cuts out towards the end of grilling the sausages :evil:
