I've just installed 2 3.9m box lintels in a cavity wall. However one appears to be twisted! If I get it upright at one end, it's out of true by 10mm or so at the other end. The other lintel has gone in fine. My question is, I suppose, does this happen? What can have caused it? They arrived 3...
