We have moved a door and where the new plasterboard meets the original wall - which is covered in several layers of wallpaper. Can I plaster over the seam to make a smooth finish or do I have to wall paper strip the whole wall?

We have moved a door and where the join from the new plaster board meets the original wall there are several layers of old wallpaper. It's a HUGE wall and I not really want to have to strip all the paper. If I get a plasterer will they be able to blend in the join so it is smooth?

We have the exact same property next door so not technically not replacing. Just putting in the same and that is the only space we have to work with. Unless we could put it in the attic above the bathroom but it does not have fitted stairs for access and the outside wall has no access as there...
Hi- we currently have an under counter glow-worm combi boiler energy 35c model. There is a rear flue. The clearances above is not the 150mm and it's not quite 60 in front of it. See photo.
