Before I went ahead and purchased a new driver I thought it best to check the old one. I get around 86 volts dc output from the driver. The LED’s however are flashing. Would this indicate the LED’s are at fault? I don’t have a dv power supply that puts out 80 volts to test the LED’s.

Hello can anyone let me know where I can get a replacement driver for the attached please? It is from a 24 watt Sylvania Led ceiling light. Can’t seem to find the same output ratings

My driveway slopes towards the house and water collects around the front door and bow window. I was thinking of using dish pavers to replace the existing paving stones around the window and door. Would this be the best method? I can't think of any other way of getting the semi circular shape...

Hello, I have the above mentioned boiler and interested in anybodies thoughts. If hot water has not been run for 30mins or more then i can get hot water but if hot water has been run and then i run it again in quick succession then it runs cold. To cure this i have to keep turning the hot...

It's difficult to say with the paint coming off aswell but I would say yes. What are you thinking? Would using an oil based undercoat help matters? Thanks Rich

The wall is what would have been the outside corner of the house until the kitchen extension was built but as it is now, it is an internal wall. There are no pipes that could be causing the damp. Any ideas then? I'm leaning towards rising damp but seems strange on that one corner?
