Hi, we have had brand new tiles fitted in our bathroom and there are lots of marks / scratches. Can this be expected from porcelain tiles? One of the more severe marks is a semi circle shape. Is this just a manufacturing defect?

Hi, before a clean the windows I hose them down to remove most of the dirt. I then use a soft microfibre cloth and windowlene to clean them. Everytime I clean them, without doubt there are a new few scratches. It’s got to the point that I am paranoid and get anxiety cleaning them now. Any idea...
