ok thanks but what about the next fitting which might only be 6 inches away and the flux has started melting. would you carry on or would you reapply flux

hi im changing two 22mm water pipes over to an opposite wall. once I've joined the pipes with fittings and flux how long can I leave it before I solder and if where im soldering one joint the heat from the pipe starts to melt the flux on another joint will it still be ok to carry on and...

Ive just changed blue wire to terminal 2. Switched on hw and the motorised valve moved but pump did not turn on. So next step is yellow wire ( unofficially) to switched live to boiler did you say. How will i know which one that is

ok i'll look through it . the yellow/green wire isn't wired at either end

ok. so would you be able to tale me through the wiring from stat to terminals. for a start is the wiring in the stat correct, if not what goes where and do I need to connect the yellow wire to one of those terminals. I don't know how it could've gone so wrong

Thanks just tried turning cylinder stat back, as I did got to about 30/40 and heard the motorised valve move. started turning up slowly heard click but nothing happened
