success have changed two plugs, thanks for all the help :D

Oh dear it would appear I have one without an outside screw. That is a pain as I need to get the plug off to pass the cord through a hole in a reptile cage. Any other ideas? I was thinking I could buy another plug and wire trimmers and just start from scratch but I feel that may be a last resort!

Hi, How do I do this? the cover is very stiff and I have already scraped my thumb trying to lever it off with a flat screwdriver!
