The lock says Zenith, and I looked up, it was made by Cego, old lock. That's probably the reason why, but am surprise it is so difficult to find a replacement Thanks for the tip

All, I may be going crazy here or over thinking....need some help pls. I am looking to replace the door handles in my front upvc door. It is a dual spindle mechanism, where the outside handle needs to be pushed up to engage the lock, push down the handle will have no effect to the latch...
